Two adults lead kindergarten through 2nd graders through the liturgy of the word. A guidebook is provided that gives the readings and activity ideas that pertain to that specific Sunday. The priest presiding over the Mass invites the children to follow the two adults to the church basement where they will hear the Word of God. The children return at the offertory.

Time Required: Preparation (read through guidebook beforehand) and prepare game or activity (if there is one)
