On Saturday, April 11<\/strong>, St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church is coming together for a powerful day of faith in action \u2014 and we invite you<\/em> to be part of it.<\/p>\n In partnership with Cross Catholic Outreach<\/strong>, our parish will host a large-scale food packing event with a bold goal: to pack 60,000 nutritious meals<\/strong> for children and families facing hunger. These meals will be distributed to Third World countries including Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Guatemala<\/strong>, while 10% will remain right here in Medina County<\/strong> to support local hunger relief efforts.<\/p>\n Each meal costs just 33 cents <\/strong>\u2014 a small amount that makes a life-changing difference for a hungry child.<\/p>\n We are inviting individuals, families, students, parishioners, and community members to roll up their sleeves and help pack meals. The event is fast-paced, hands-on, and incredibly rewarding. No experience is necessary \u2014 just a willingness to serve. It\u2019s a meaningful way to live out our call to love our neighbor and make a tangible impact in just a few hours.<\/p>\n We are also seeking station sponsors<\/strong> to help make this event possible. A $1,500 sponsorship<\/strong> supports one of 14 food packing stations and includes recognition on event banners as well as announcements before, during, and after<\/strong> the event.<\/p>\n Sponsorships play a critical role in covering the cost of the meals and ensuring the success of the day.<\/p>\n Sponsors are encouraged to bring employees, coworkers, and family members<\/strong> to volunteer together.
