Why Volunteer?
Volunteers are vital partners in the St. Francis Xavier School community. Whether supporting events, enhancing educational programs, or simply lending a hand, your time and talents help us provide exceptional opportunities for all students.
Volunteer Opportunities
You’re welcome to participate in a variety of roles that fit your interests and schedule:
Room Parent
Coordinate classroom celebrations, field trips, and themed events. Communicate with families, manage donations, and ensure allergy-safe treats.
Lunchroom & Recess Assistant
Help supervise students during lunch (11:20 a.m.–1:15 p.m.) or recess (11:40 a.m.–1:15 p.m.). Commit to a weekly schedule (month-long blocks preferred). Substitutes are available when needed. To sign up, contact our recess coordinator at abailey@sfxmedina.org.
Library Helper
Assist our librarian in shelving books, organizing materials, and supporting student reading. Contact Mrs. Erin Becker at ebecker@sfxmedina.org to get involved.
