We’re honored that you’re considering St. Francis Xavier School for your child’s education. From preschool through 8th grade, our school offers a Christ-centered environment where children are known, loved, and challenged to grow in both faith and excellence.

Schedule a Personal Tour
Meet our principal, admissions director, and teachers while touring our campus.
Sign Up for a Shadow Day
For students entering grades 1–8, shadow days and assessments (math and reading) are part of the process. Please send recent report cards and standardized test scores.
Kindergarten Assessment
For incoming kindergarteners, our group assessment is scheduled for Friday, April 10.

Step 2: Start the Online Application

You’ll receive a verification email right away.
Verify Your Email
Click the link to confirm your account.
Log In and Begin a New Student Application
You can save your progress and return at any time.
Submit the Registration Fee
A non-refundable $175 registration fee is required for each application.
Schedule Your Meeting with Fr. Tony
New K–8 families will receive a link to schedule a personal meeting with our pastor.
Step 3: After Acceptance
Once accepted, there are a few final steps to complete before your child’s first day:
Complete the Admissions Packet (Preschool–8)
Including all required forms and medical documentation:

Health History & Immunization Record (ODH forms)

Legal Custody Documentation (if applicable)

Transfer & Release of Records (if coming from another school)

EdChoice Expansion Request Form (K–8 only)
