Open House

School Day Tours

We understand that selecting the right school for your child is a significant decision. We warmly invite prospective students and their families to schedule a personal tour with our Director of Admissions, Mrs. Linsey Schepis, and our School Principal, Mrs. Danene Beal. Tours typically last about an hour, and visiting on a regular school day allows you to experience the vibrant energy and excitement of St. Francis Xavier School firsthand. Shadow Day

In addition to a family tour, we invite your child to participate in a shadow day to experience a typical day at St. Francis Xavier School. During their visit, your child will join peers in attending classes, specials, lunch, and recess. Shadow days are particularly encouraged for students transferring into grades 1–8, offering a valuable opportunity to get to know our school and determine if it’s the right fit. As part of the admissions process, prospective students will also complete assessments in math and reading during their shadow day.

We kick off open enrollment each year with a Fall Open House, held this year on November 12 from 6–7 p.m. We also host another Open House during Catholic Schools Week. For the 2025–2026 school year, this event will take place on Sunday, January 26, from 1–2 p.m. We warmly invite you to explore our classrooms, meet our dedicated teachers, take a tour, and learn more about joining our incredible school community. Enrollment for the 2025–2026 school year officially opens on Sunday, January 26, 2025.
