Hours: 6:30 -8:30 a.m. and 3:15 – 6:00 p.m.
Thank you for entrusting your child to the Saint Francis Xavier Latchkey Program. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment that helps children grow in mind, body, and spirit outside of school hours.
Registration: $35 per student or $50 per family. All students must be registered. Forms are available below. Please email your plans to [email protected] before the first day of school or when your schedule changes and you are in need of our services.
Scheduling: Schedules are created at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper staff-to-student ratios. Your child must be on the schedule to attend, except in emergencies or with prior arrangements. Communicate any schedule changes, including illness or early pickups, to Latchkey, the school office, and teachers. For same-day changes, call 330-721-6804 and leave a message.
Drop-off/Pick-up: Drop-off is in the church basement. Ring the doorbell, and we will buzz your child in. Parents are not allowed inside for drop-offs or pick-ups. Morning gym time is from 7:45-8:30 a.m. If dropping off after 7:40 a.m., ring the gym doors’ bell.
Hours and Fees: Latchkey operates from 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 3:15-6:00 p.m. No drop-offs before 6:30 a.m. Pick-ups after 6 p.m. incur a $15 fee. Discounts are available for families with multiple children registered full-time. Fees are due on the first school day of each month. As-needed days are billed monthly and are due within a week of receiving the email.
