St. Francis Xavier Church and School are located in Medina, OH, in the Diocese of Cleveland, about 34 miles southwest of downtown Cleveland.
From I-71, take state Route 18 (Exit 218) west approximately 3 miles. The church and school buildings are located on the left at the corner of East Washington Street (Route 18) and Spring Grove Street, across from Spring Grove Cemetery.
The St. Francis Xavier Cemetery is on Weymouth Road, directly across from the entrance to Medina High School, approximately a half-mile from our church.
