Join us for the 35th annual St. Francis Xavier Parish Golf Outing benefiting the St. Vincent de Paul Society. This year’s event is hosted at the newly renovated Medina Country Club and promises to be the best ever. Get your foursome together (or sign up as a single and we’ll form a team for you) and join us for a great day of golf, food, fun and charity.

“Each year, our St. Francis Xavier Parish Charity Golf Outing is a testament to the generosity and compassion of the St. Francis Xavier community,” said volunteer Dan Cathcart. “We are incredibly blessed to have everyone join us for golf each year, to have wonderful volunteers, and we are thankful for all the local businesses who have contributed to this great cause. Together, we are making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.”
The 35th Annual Charity Golf Outing will host 128 golfers at Medina Country Club on Sept. 21, 2026. The cost per golfer is $175, and we kindly ask that you register before Aug. 15, 2026.
EVENT DETAILS:
Check-In: 8:30 a.m.
Mass: 9 a.m.
Shotgun: 10 a.m.
Dinner: 3 p.m.

To avoid paying extra fees, we recommend you pay by check. Download the registration form below. If you do not have a printer, extra sign up forms are available at the parish office.

If you would rather register online you can sign up through GiveButter. However, there is a fee that is unavoidable. In order to avoid the fee, you will have to pay by check and bring your registration to the parish office. This will maximize donations for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.

The St. Vincent de Paul Society serves those in need with compassion, dignity, and generosity. Over $225,000 is given annually to Medina County families in need providing help with food, shelter, rent, utilities and other essential needs. The impact of your sponsorship to the 35th Annual Charity Golf Outing for St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Francis Xavier Parish makes possible:
- 500+ Medina neighbors helped annually
- $225,000 given to Medina residents in need of assistance with rent, utilities and emergency housing
- 99.9% of all donated funds given to Medina residents in need
- 300+ Christmas gifts for children who’d otherwise go without
- 10,000 pounds of food distributed annually
- 3,000+ Volunteer hours given annually to support Medina families
