Pad the Pews with #weGiveCatholic campaign

November 20, 2025

Each year, our community comes together to raise money on a single day to enhance our parish in a specific way. On Dec. 2, we hope you’ll be ready to say “We Give Catholic!” and contribute to this year’s goal.

Our plan this year is to purchase cushions for ALL of the pews in the church. In 2016, Father Tony invested in cushions to cover two pews in the front half and one at the cross aisle, to alleviate the pain and discomfort experienced by some parishioners. The hard, flat pew seats tend to press on pressure points that make sitting through Mass particularly challenging.

We’ve noticed that many people prefer to sit in those select pews, and decided to seek your support to purchase cushions for every pew. Each cushion costs about $600, so we set our goal for this year’s #weGiveCatholic campaign at $35,000.
