Examining Medina’s Food Insecurity – and What YOU Can Do

March 25, 2026

Poverty in Medina might not be as obvious as in other areas, but it exists. What does food insecurity look like in our area? Representatives of Akron Canton Food Bank and our own chapter of St. Vincent de Paul will discuss the people in need they encounter, and how our Catholic faith calls us to help. We’ll begin with a simple soup and bread supper.

Tuesday, March 31, 2026

Soup supper: 5:30 p.m.

Talk: 6:30 p.m.

Xavier Room, inside St. Francis Xavier School,
612 E. Washington St., Medina

No registration required for the talk at 6:30 p.m., but please register by March 28 to join us for the soup supper so we have enough food.
