Our Parish Day of Service began in 2015 as a way to connect parishioners with people in our community who needed a little help to feel more secure in their homes—or simply a reason to smile. Along the way, it has also introduced us to the many wonderful nonprofits working hard to serve our community. Most importantly, it has given us a tangible way to Journey Together with our neighbors and live our faith through service.
Now in its 12th year, our Parish Day of Service will take place Saturday, Oct. 24, and parishioners of all ages are invited to participate! Choose from dozens of opportunities throughout Medina County—from raking leaves at the homes of seniors who can no longer do it themselves, to playing Bingo with residents at local nursing homes. Some nonprofits have asked us to serve by bringing donations or making homemade fleece blankets.

Sign up by Oct. 11 to receive a T-shirt to wear on the Day of Service and at Mass that evening.
